Private Dining & Season Cookery School
Situated in the stunning grounds of Lainston House, an Exclusive Hotel, in Hampshire, Rocare have completed the construction of the new extension and conversion of the listed 17th century Wellhouse for the new Season cookery school and Private Dining area.
The project was procured by the client through competitive tender and was delivered within budget, on time and to programme. The project included the construction of new estate infrastructure, new build extension, major structural adaptations of the existing listed building. All works were undertaken whilst working closely with English Heritage to ensure compliance and the sympathetic development of the new structure.
