Our Team

We employ (rather than sub-contract) the very best Project Managers in the business. Supporting them, our experienced Site Managers oversee every detail of an individual project. We also employ key trades, all of whom engage in continual professional development (CPD). This is necessary for legislative compliance, but is also essential for personal and professional growth.

Many of our first and second tier supply chain have worked with us for over twenty years and built up strong relationships as Rocare “family” contractors. In all but name, they represent our company in the same way as our direct workforce, even attending our in-house training courses to ensure consistency.

We focus on long-term relationships with our clients and we know from experience that this can only be maintained by consistently providing a high quality workforce, managed by experts, combined with a reliable supply chain.

Our Contract Teams are selected for their project-specific skills and experience, ensuring our clients have the best professional advice and assistance in the programming, management and delivery of all aspects of their projects.
