Manor Hotel Castle Combe Kitchen Refurbishment
Situated within the stunning 13th century Manor House Hotel in Castle Combe, an Exclusive Hotel, Rocare completed the entire refurbishment of the main kitchen and ancillary areas.
The turnkey project was procured by the client on a design and build basis and was delivered within budget, on time and to programme. The kitchen is the hub of any hotel establishment, especially where the hotel has a Michelin starred restaurant where the Executive Chef and his brigade of talented chefs create delicious seasonal dishes served in the award winning Bybrook restaurant.
The kitchen was closed for 6 weeks, being stripped back to the bare structure with new, mechanical, electrical, drainage, and AFD services being provided to suit the new kitchen installation, in addition to the complete replacement of all finishes to accommodate the visitation of guests into the kitchen. All works sympathetically executed within the constraints of the Listed Building.
The facility was handed back to the client ready for Valentines weekend - a 5* kitchen for a 5* hotel!
